Banks Sails EU was born from the reorganization of Bruce Banks Sails, one of the world’s oldest and most respected sailmaking brands, originally founded in 1962 by the legendary Bruce Banks.
Paolo Semeraro
Today, the group is led by Paolo Semeraro, Italian hydraulic engineer, former Olympic and America’s Cup sailor, who continues to race at the highest international level. Paolo is also the owner of Neo Yachts, a boat building company producing high-quality, full carbon cruising and racing yachts.
His combination of race-winning experience and deep technical knowledge in boat building, hydraulics, aerodynamics and materials has driven the development of advanced sailmaking techniques at Banks.
With multiple production lofts and service centers across Europe, Banks Sails delivers both innovation and accessibility.
